This is not going to be a normal blog post. This is just going to be a shout-out to Marissa from IKnowSquat. Very good job.
As a follower of her blog, I have read her posts and seen the progress that she has shown, primarily the one she posted today. Two weeks with a steady workout plan and diet can do a whole lot for a person’s body.
Unfortunately, there is always the need to be strict on your diet if you wish to see results as quickly as she did. But in the end, you can achieve the body you want that much quicker. This goes for men and women. By sticking to your plan and carrying it out thoroughly, you can see results that much quicker if you wish.
This is just to say good job Marissa. Keep up the good work.
